Mr. SP Jain
Mr. SuryaPrakash Jain is a first-generation entrepreneur and founder of a technology company – Trimax IT Infrastructure and Services Ltd. The company was founded in 1996 in the field of Transportation, telecommunications, Banking, Insurance, and Government projects. In the 25 years of Trimax, Mr. Jain employed over 5,000 employees who created a service presence in 440 cities across India, providing IT and Telecom support for 30,000 bank branches and 80,000 buses. His main strength is Advocacy for businesses, allowing them to expand through Joint Ventures, Alliance Partners, Franchise Network creation, Joint New-Product Development, and Innovation.
His experience completing the debt restructuring and turnaround of companies in a relatively short time is key in enabling other businesses to achieve newer heights.
Surya Prakash Jain completed his B.Sc from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur (Rajasthan) in 1991.
Mr. MA Khan
Mr. Khan has 39 years of industry experience in IT Service Delivery and Cyber Security. He being a core IT person, started his career as a programmer in private IT Company and within a short span of 3 years he became a part of top 5 IT officials of that Company. Thereafter, He joined IDBI Bank, one of the top 10 Public Sector Bank, as Manager in IT stream and grew to the level of Chief General Manager-IT. During his 34+ years of service in IDBI Bank, he held various important positions like GM-IT, Deputy CEO of IDBI Intech Ltd.(an IT company of IDBI Bank), CISO, General Manager-Operation Risk & BCM, etc. As a CISO, he introduced various technologies in the Bank to protect its Information Assets like captive Security Operation Center(SOC). He was conferred with awards from various magazines/organisations. For consecutive two years, he was bestowed with Top 100 CISO award by InfoSecurity Magazine, a leading magazine on Information Security. He attended various seminars as a speaker and panellist. He was also nominated for various National & International programme on IT security, IT and Management conducted by IIM-A, IDRBT, Buffalo University, New York, etc. Then he moved as MD & CEO of IDBI Intech Ltd., an IT Company of IDBI Bank, providing end-to-end support both in software and Infrastructure space to IDBI Bank and its group companies. Many of its marquee products/services are implemented in various Banks and financial entities located not only in India but also at clients located across various geographies like Gulf and African continent. He took the company to newer heights by increasing exponentially both gross income and profits, acquired new marquee clients. Brought in a new fervour and motivation in employees by introducing employee friendly engagement programmes.
As a CIO and CGM – IT & MIS, he brought in technologies in the Bank to put Bank’s digital imprint on the BFSI arena. Fast tracking on fraud risk management systems and Enterprise-wide Data Warehouse & CRM project to further improve MIS in the Bank and bringing in analytics in the day-to-day functioning of Banking.
Mr. Sanjeev Bafna
Mr. Sanjeev Bafna is a leading Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary with over 36 years of experience, with leading Industrial houses in India and abroad such as Tata Export Ltd., Aditya Birla Group , Adani Group (Solar) to name a few. He possesses rich experience in finance and managerial related corporate functions such as F&A, Secretarial, Taxation, Business Restructuring, M&A, Investment Banking, Fund Raising (by way of debt as well as equity) etc.
He aces the areas like Corporate Finance, Sourcing and Deployment of funds, Working Capital Management, New Projects Appraisals, Secretarial and legal matters, Demerger, Acquisitions, Mergers and Business Restructuring,IT Systems Development, Strategic Planning and Policy Formation, Conducting Management Development Programme in Finance, Dealing with Banks, FIs, Investment Banks,Investors’ relations,MIS, Planning & Budgeting, Capital Raising, etc.
He believes in going beyond the usual financial responsibilities by playing a larger role in organisational transformation. By bringing hard data and empirical mindset to the table he focuses on strategic planning.

Mr. Rajesh Gohar
Rajesh Gohar is a seasoned professional with over 29 years of experience across diverse industries. He holds an MBA in Marketing and has worked with reputable organizations such as Zenith Steels, Vijpack Machines, Walltracts LLC, and YES Bank.
As the Founder and Proprietor of Ambitions Consulting, Rajesh has excelled in entrepreneurial ventures, facilitating high-end networking, result-oriented PR, and implementing extensive training and development programs. His areas of expertise include the manufacturing, retail, FMCG, BFSI, auto, security, and housekeeping sectors.
Rajesh’s distinctive qualities include an excellent command of communication and interpersonal skills, a go-getting attitude, professional aggression, and a strong commitment to honouring his obligations. Mr. Pratik Madrecha
Pratik Madrecha is a driven and passionate sustainability professional committed to building a cleaner future through innovative and strategic investments. At his time at Ernst & Young’s Sustainability Consulting practice, he has led cross-functional teams to help clients report on ESG performance, automate and implement compliance reporting, and develop comprehensive ESG frameworks.
Pratik has deep expertise across various sustainability & ESG frameworks, ratings, and compliance requirements, enabling him to deliver investor-focused non-financial disclosures for his clients. He has also conducted ESG baselining, materiality assessments, and decarbonization roadmaps to help clients improve their ESG maturity and performance and thus their impact on global climate.
Prior to EY, Pratik gained experience in in India, Australia, and the UAE. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from S.P. Jain School of Global Management.
